My story is one of deep wounds and deep healing. I’ve known the weight of trauma that settles in your bones, the gripping hold of addiction that tries to define your very existence, and the quiet, relentless voice inside that tells you you’re not enough.

For years, I lived in survival mode — numb, disconnected, searching for a way out of the darkness. But the journey didn’t stop there. It was in the raw, messy process of unraveling my past, confronting my shadows, and embracing my pain that I found the doorway to freedom.

​

This path led me to become a certified Quantum Coach and Reiki Practitioner (levels 1 & 2), and to dive deep into shamanic rites, sound healing, spiritual coaching, and energy healing. These tools and practices are more than qualifications — they’re the languages of healing I speak because they saved me when nothing else could. They taught me how to listen to the whispers of my soul, realign my energy, and transform my mindset.

At The Portal of Life, I hold space for those who are ready to confront their own shadows, break free from self-limiting beliefs and trauma, and awaken to a life of true self-love, independence, and empowerment.
